INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Toss strawberries, Cognac, Cointreau, orange juice, vanilla and nutmeg in large bowl until well blended. Cover. Refrigerate at least 4 hours
  • 2 Beat heavy cream and sugar in chilled medium bowl with electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form
  • 3 Beat ice cream in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed. Gently stir in whipped cream
  • 4 Use slotted spoon to remove berries from juice mixture, reserving juice mixture. Add berries to ice cream mixture; stir gently. Serve immediately with reserved juice mixture spooned over top
