INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 BROWN beef in hot oil in large saucepot over medium heat, stirring often. Transfer meat to bowl.
  • 2 COOK mushrooms and 1 cup Crispy Fried Onions in drippings in same pot over medium heat until golden.
  • 3 STIR in vegetables, broth, tomato sauce and Worcestershire. Return meat to pot. Heat to boiling. Simmer, covered, 20 min. until vegetables are tender. Serve soup with remaining onions.
