Ingredients 6 Servings

  • 1 long French bread
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup French's® Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon minced red onion
  • 2 tablespoon Horseradish
  • 1/2 pound sliced smoked boiled ham
  • 1/2 pound sliced honey-baked deli turkey
  • 1 large Ripe Tomato, sliced
  • 8 ounce brie cheese
  • 1 bunch watercress

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Cut bread in half lengthwise. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, onion and horseradish. Spread mixture on both halves of bread. Layer ham, turkey, tomatoes, cheese and watercress on bottom half of bread. Cover with top half; press down firmly.
  • 2 Cut loaf crosswise into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Thread two mini sandwiches through the crusts on a metal skewer. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
  • 3 Grill sandwiches on a well oiled rack over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes or until cheese melts and bread is toasted, turning once.
