Ingredients 4 Servings

  • 4 (1/2 inch) thick boneless pork chop
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup French's® Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 green or red apple, cut into small chunks

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 HEAT a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Cook pork chops about 5 min. per side until browned and cooked through. Remove to plate; keep warm.
  • 2 STIR apple juice, mustard and sugar into skillet. Boil about 5 min. until slightly thickened.
  • 3 ADD pork and apples to skillet. Heat through.
