Ingredients
- 1 prebaked pizza crust (12-inches)
- 3/4 cup prepared Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup Queso fresco
- 2 plum tomatoes
- 3/4 cup Crispy Jalapenos
- 2 tablespoon cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over pizza crust. Top with tomato slices and cheeses.
- 2 BAKE 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
- 3 TOP with Jalapenos and bake 2 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro.
