Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 seasoned salt
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar pasteurized processed cheese spread
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 cups frozen cottage fries
  • 1 1/3 cups French's® Original Crispy Fried Onions
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen broccoli spears, thawed and drained

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 HEAT oven to 350°F. Heat oil in large skillet, brown pork chops on both sides; drain. Sprinkle chops with seasoned salt; set aside.
  • 2 SPOON cheese spread into 2-quart baking dish. Place in oven about 5 minutes just until cheese melts. Stir milk into melted cheese; mix well. Stir cottage fries and 2/3 cup Crispy Fried Onions into cheese mixture. Divide broccoli spears into 6 small bunches. Arrange broccoli over potato mixture with flowerets around edges of dish. Place chops on top.
  • 3 BAKE, covered, for 35 to 40 minutes or until pork chops are done. Top chops with remaining Onions. Bake 5 minutes until Onions are golden.
