  • 1/2 cup FRANK'S RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 2 cups sausage
  • 3/4 diced celery
  • 2 cups cooked hash browns
  • 4 eggs, scrambled
  • 1 cup French's® Original Crispy Fried Onions
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Toss Frank's RedHot Sauce with sausage and celery; keep warm.
  • 2 LAYER hash browns, sausage mixture, eggs, Crispy Fried Onions and cheese in large oven proof skillet, .
  • 3 BAKE 10 minutes or until heated through and onions are golden brown.
