French's Hot Dog Club SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

No purchase or payment is required to enter, win or claim a prize. A purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Winner is responsible for the payment of any applicable taxes on the Prize.  Sweepstakes are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media site that may be utilized by the Sweepstakes.    

1. Sponsor and Administrator: The French's Hot Dog Club Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by McCormick & Company, Incorporated, 24 Schilling Road, Suite 1, Hunt Valley, MD 21031 (“Sponsor”).  The Administrator is GKV, 1500 Whetstone Way, 4th Floor, Baltimore, MD 21230 (“Administrator”).  By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions shall be final and legally binding in all respects, and not subject to further review in any forum, and each entrant hereby releases the Promotion Entities and all of their respective affiliated entities, and all of their shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys, successors and assigns from any and all claims relating to your entry submission, including without limitation, claims arising from the risk of misdirection or misdelivery of your entry.

2. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins March 23, 2019 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“ET”) and ends May 4, 2019 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.  The time clock of the computer administering this Sweepstakes is the official clock for this Sweepstakes.  Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. 

3. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their state of domicile at the time of entry.  The employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and each of its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, Administrator, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), , and their immediate family members (i.e., spouse and parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses regardless of where they live), and individuals living in the households of the above, whether related or not, are not eligible to enter or win a prize. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

How to Enter: You may enter this Sweepstakes via Instragram by posting on your Instragram account a picture of your dog and using the hashtag #FrenchsHotDogClub. No other method of entry is permitted. No mechanically reproduced or automatically generated entries are permitted. Incomplete, illegible, or garbled entries will be disqualified. There will be no verification of receipt of entries. 

To be eligible for the Sweepstakes, posts must be submitted in compliance with the format and other requirements set forth on the website/platform where persons may submit entries (i.e., Instagram); such requirements being made a part of these Official Rules and incorporated herein by reference.  Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or more than one (1) entry per day will void all entries and result in disqualification.  Entries must not defame or violate the publicity rights or privacy rights of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any personal or proprietary rights of any person or entity, or contain or link to any material that is obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory, threatening, violent, harassing, disparaging or offensive. Entries must not contain any material that is owned by any third party or that otherwise violates or infringes any copyright or trademark or other right of any third party. Normal time rates, data rates and other fees or charges, if any, charged by the entrant’s Internet access, phone or mobile service provider will apply. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Instagram account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant or participant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.

Entry Limit: One entry per person is permitted during the Sweepstakes Period.

Random Drawing: Within five (5) days of the end of each Promotion Period within the Sweepstakes Period (i.e., within five (5) days after March 30, 2019; April 6, 2019; April 13, 2019; April 20, 2019; April 27, 2019; May 4, 2019), the Administrator, an independent judging organization, will randomly select ten (10) potential prize winners from all eligible Entries received during such Promotion Period. The winner is deemed to be a potential winner, pending verification of the entrant’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor or Administrator, in their sole and absolute discretion.

Prizes: There will be sixty (60) Prize Winners. Each prize consists of a logoed dog bandana and French’s mustard and ketchup bottles. (ARV $20).
