Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F. Line large sheet pan with foil. Place wire rack on pan. Pull off the thin membrane from the underside of each rack of ribs. Season ribs on both sides with salt and pepper. Place ribs on wire rack, meaty-side up. Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until meat is tender and begins to shrink back from the ends of the bones, and internal temperature reaches about 205°F.
- Remove ribs from oven. Carefully place oven rack 6-inches below broiler. Preheat broiler on HIGH. Remove foil. Turn ribs so bony undersides are facing up. Brush with 3/4 cup of the Bar-B-Q Sauce.
- Broil 2 to 4 minutes or just until sauce begins to caramelize. Remove from oven and carefully turn ribs, brushing meaty-side with remaining 1 cup Bar-B-Q Sauce. Broil 1 to 2 minutes longer, or just until sauce is bubbly.
