  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 12 ounces Mexican pork chorizo (if using links, remove casings)
  • 1 1/2 cup diced onion (about 1 large)
  • 1 cup Stubb's® Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 dashes red wine vinegar, or more to taste
  • McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder, to taste
  • McCormick® Black Peppercorn Grinder, to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns, toasted

  1. Cook and crumble beef and chorizo in large skillet on medium-high heat, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon. Push meat to one side of the pan, tilt the pan to drain off and discard excess oil. 
  2. Stir in onion; cook, stirring until onion softens, about 3 minutes. Stir in Stubb's Original Bar-B-Q sauce and water; reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 to 20 minutes until sauce mixture has thickened.
  3. Stir vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, in toasted hamburger buns, with plenty of napkins.
