Everybody loves Sloppy Joes, so Stubb's took the recipe and jazzed it up with some chorizo and Original sauce. Just make sure you've got napkins handy!

- 1 pound ground beef
- 12 ounces Mexican pork chorizo (if using links, remove casings)
- 1 1/2 cup diced onion (about 1 large)
- 1 cup Stubb's® Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 dashes red wine vinegar, or more to taste
- McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder, to taste
- McCormick® Black Peppercorn Grinder, to taste
- 4 hamburger buns, toasted

- Cook and crumble beef and chorizo in large skillet on medium-high heat, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon. Push meat to one side of the pan, tilt the pan to drain off and discard excess oil.
- Stir in onion; cook, stirring until onion softens, about 3 minutes. Stir in Stubb's Original Bar-B-Q sauce and water; reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 to 20 minutes until sauce mixture has thickened.
- Stir vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, in toasted hamburger buns, with plenty of napkins.
