- 1/2 cup Stubb's® Original Barbecue Sauce - Substitutesany barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup Stubb's® Pork Seasoned Coating Mix
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

- Preheat oven to 400°F. Brush pork chops all over with your favorite Stubb's Bar-B-Q Sauce. Place pork chops on foil-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Sprinkle pork chops evenly with Coating Mix (coating top of pork chops only).
- Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle pork chops evenly with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until pork is cooked through (internal temperature must reach 145°F) and cheese is melty.
