  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided

  • 1 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrot
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks

  1. Whisk water, soy sauce, 4 teaspoons of the Seasoning and corn starch in small bowl until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; stir fry 3 minutes. Remove from skillet. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in skillet. Add chicken; stir fry 5 minutes or until cooked through. Return vegetables to skillet.
