  • 3/4 pound (12 ounces) baby red skin potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
  • 5 teaspoons McCormick® Rosemary Lemon Seasoning, plus additional for sprinkling
  • 1 pound (about 4) boneless skinless chicken thighs

  1. Place potatoes in large bowl. Drizzle with 1 teaspoon of the oil. Sprinkle with 3 teaspoons of the Seasoning; toss to coat well. Place potatoes in single layer in air fryer basket.
  2. Air fry potatoes at 370°F for 5 minutes. Shake basket to mix, then push potatoes to outside edge of air fryer basket.
  3. Meanwhile, pat chicken dry with paper towels. Place in large bowl and toss together with remaining 1 tablespoon oil and remaining 2 teaspoons seasoning mixture. Toss well to coat.
  4. Place chicken in center of air fryer basket along with potatoes. Air fry 12 to 16 minutes longer or until chicken is cooked through. Transfer chicken to cutting board. Let rest 3 minutes before slicing. Serve hot with potatoes.
