- Heat milk in small saucepan on medium-low heat until very warm and steaming; do not allow to boil.
- Add Finishing Sugar, whisking constantly until completely dissolved and milk is frothy.
- Pour steamed milk into serving mug and top with whipped cream, if desired. Sprinkle with additional Finishing Sugar to serve.
