- Place 1 tablespoon honey in small shallow dish. Place Finishing Salt separate shallow dish. Dip rims of 2 martini glasses in honey, then in Finishing Salt to coat. Set aside.
- Add vodka, limoncello, lemon juice and remaining 2 tablespoons honey to cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously 30 seconds. Add ice to fill. Shake vigorously 30 seconds or until well mixed and chilled.
- Strain mixture into prepared glasses. Garnish with lemon wheels. Serve immediately.
