- Place honey and Zesty Lemon Finishing Salt on two separate small plates. Moisten rim of martini glass with honey. Dip in Zesty Lemon to heavily coat rim. Set aside.
- Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, limoncello, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake until well mixed and chilled.
- Strain mixture into prepared martini glass. Garnish with lemon slice. Serve immediately.
