Instructions

Place honey and Zesty Lemon Finishing Salt on two separate small plates. Moisten rim of martini glass with honey. Dip in Zesty Lemon to heavily coat rim. Set aside.
Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, limoncello, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake until well mixed and chilled.
Strain mixture into prepared martini glass. Garnish with lemon slice. Serve immediately.
