- Cook and stir sausage and mushrooms in large skillet on medium-high heat until sausage is no longer pink and mushrooms are softened.
- Stir in Sauce Mix, water and tomato sauce. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over cooked pasta. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.

Use 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste in place of tomato sauce and increase water to 1 3/4 cups.
