  1. Whisk Marinade Mix, oil, vinegar and soy sauce in bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons marinade for basting. Place chicken and remaining marinade in large resealable plastic bag.
  2. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
  3. Grill chicken over medium heat (about 350°F) with lid closed for 30 to 40 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally (internal temp. should reach 165°F). Baste with reserved marinade during last few minutes of grilling.
    Grilling Tip: For an island rum-inspired marinade, mix Marinade Mix, 1/4 cup rum and 2 tablespoons each brown sugar, lime juice and oil. Continue as directed.
