  • 3 tablespoons white miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick® Sesame Ginger Seasoning
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 salmon fillets (about 4 to 6 ounces each)

Instructions

  1. Mix miso paste, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, oil, Seasoning and green onions in in bowl. Reserve 3 tablespoons marinade for basting. Place salmon in resealable plastic bag. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat.
  2. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove salmon from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
  3. Grill salmon over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork, brushing with reserved marinade mixture during last few minutes of grilling.
