  1. Mix Seasoning Mix, water and soy sauce in small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and vegetables; cook 3 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through. 
  3. Add sauce mixture. Bring to boil. Cover and reduce heat to low; simmer 2 to 3 minutes or until slightly thickened. Serve over cooked rice, if desired.
