- 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for brushing
- 2 cups plum tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder
- 1 (16 ounce) French baguette

- Mix 2 tablespoons of the olive oil, tomatoes, red wine vinegar, seasonings, sugar and salt in medium bowl. Let stand 30 minutes at room temperature to allow flavors to blend.
- Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400°F. Slice baguette on a diagonal into about 30 (1/2-inch thick) slices. Arrange in single layer on large baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil.
- Bake 8 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack.
- To assemble, spoon bruschetta evenly onto toasts, drizzling with any remaining juices. Serve immediately.
