  1. Mix 2 tablespoons of the olive oil, tomatoes, red wine vinegar, seasonings, sugar and salt in medium bowl. Let stand 30 minutes at room temperature to allow flavors to blend. 
  2. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400°F. Slice baguette on a diagonal into about 30 (1/2-inch thick) slices. Arrange in single layer on large baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. Bake 8 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack.
  4. To assemble, spoon bruschetta evenly onto toasts, drizzling with any remaining juices. Serve immediately.
