- Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray 12-cup muffin pan with no stick cooking spray or line with paper liners.
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl until well blended. Using a 1/4-cup measuring cup, fill each cup with oatmeal mixture.

- Cool 10 minutes on wire rack. Run small knife or spatula around each cup to loosen. Serve warm.
