- For the Crust, preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk flour, sugar, and salt together in bowl. Add melted butter and stir until dough forms. Press dough into bottom and up the sides of 9-inch-deep dish pie plate.
- Bake about 35 to 40 minutes until crust is deep golden brown, rotating halfway through baking. Cool completely.
- For the Filling, spoon 1 can of the dulce de leche on the bottom of the crust spreading evenly. Arrange half of the bananas in a single layer over top. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon Lemon Finishing Sugar. Repeat layers, starting with remaining can of dulce de leche, followed by bananas and finally Finishing Sugar.
- For the Whipped Cream Topping, beat heavy cream and sugar in medium bowl with electric mixer until soft peaks form. Add vanilla; beat until stiff peaks form. Spread evenly over top of pie. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of Lemon Finishing Sugar. Serve immediately.
