  1. For the Crust, preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk flour, sugar, and salt together in bowl. Add melted butter and stir until dough forms. Press dough into bottom and up the sides of 9-inch-deep dish pie plate.
  2. Bake about 35 to 40 minutes until crust is deep golden brown, rotating halfway through baking. Cool completely.
  3. For the Filling, spoon 1 can of the dulce de leche on the bottom of the crust spreading evenly. Arrange half of the bananas in a single layer over top. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon Lemon Finishing Sugar. Repeat layers, starting with remaining can of dulce de leche, followed by bananas and finally Finishing Sugar.
  4. For the Whipped Cream Topping, beat heavy cream and sugar in medium bowl with electric mixer until soft peaks form. Add vanilla; beat until stiff peaks form. Spread evenly over top of pie. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of Lemon Finishing Sugar. Serve immediately.
