  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix poultry seasoning, parsley flakes, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil; set aside.
  2. Rub turkey wings with oil and sprinkle with the seasoning mixture. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until cooked through, brown and crispy, turning halfway through. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
