- Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix poultry seasoning, parsley flakes, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil; set aside.
- Rub turkey wings with oil and sprinkle with the seasoning mixture. Place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until cooked through, brown and crispy, turning halfway through. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
