- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch baking pan with no stick cooking spray.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl. Whisk applesauce, melted butter, brown sugar and Finishing Sugar, eggs and vanilla in large bowl. Add flour mixture to applesauce mixture and whisk just blended.
- Pour batter in prepared pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out mostly clean, rotating pan halfway through baking. Transfer pan to wire rack and cool completely. Serve with vanilla ice cream and sprinkled with additional Finishing Sugar, if desired.
