  • 1 package McCormick® Al Pastor Seasoning Mix
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into strips - Substitutesboneless pork chops, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Cooked rice
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Chopped onion
  • Chopped pineapple
  • Diced avocado
  • Pico de gallo

Instructions

  1. Toss pork with Seasoning Mix in medium bowl until evenly coated. 
  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add pork; cook, stirring gently, just until seared, about 3 minutes. Stir in water. 
  3. Serve cooked pork over your favorite cooked rice and top with chopped cilantro, onion, pineapple, avocado and pico de gallo.        

 

Test Kitchen Tips

  • Substitute boneless chicken thighs or breast, cut into strips, in place of the pork and prepare as directed.   
  • Swap in 1/4 cup pineapple juice in place of the water. Prepare as directed.
