- Toss pork with Seasoning Mix in medium bowl until evenly coated.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add pork; cook, stirring gently, just until seared, about 3 minutes. Stir in water.
- Serve cooked pork over your favorite cooked rice and top with chopped cilantro, onion, pineapple, avocado and pico de gallo.
Test Kitchen Tips
- Substitute boneless chicken thighs or breast, cut into strips, in place of the pork and prepare as directed.
- Swap in 1/4 cup pineapple juice in place of the water. Prepare as directed.
