- Mix spices, salt, and pepper in a small bowl; set aside. Place potatoes in a large bowl. Drizzle with 1 teaspoon of the oil. Sprinkle with 3 teaspoons of the spice mixture; toss to coat well (reserve remaining seasoning mixture). Place potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry potatoes at 370°F for 5 minutes. Shake the basket to mix, then push potatoes to the outside edge of the air fryer basket.
- Meanwhile, pat chicken dry with paper towels. Place in a large resealable plastic bag. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon oil and the remaining seasoning mixture. Turn to coat, massaging seasoning into meat.
- Place chicken in the center of the air fryer basket along with potatoes. Air fry for 12 to 16 minutes longer or until chicken is cooked through. Transfer chicken to a cutting board. Let rest for 3 minutes before slicing. Serve hot with potatoes on the side.

- Customize your seasoning! For an earthier, more robust flavor, add 1/2 teaspoon of cumin to the mix. For a sweet and spicy bite, swap in paprika in place of chili powder and add 1/2 teaspoon sugar.
