Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Place the breadcrumbs in a bowl and stir through the oil, Lightly Dried Parsley, Zesty Lemon Paste and Garlic Paste until well combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon, skin-side down, onto prepared baking tray. Divide and press breadcrumb mixture onto flesh side of salmon fillets.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until crumbs are golden and fish cooked through. Serve with roasted potatoes and steamed vegetables or salad.
