  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted, cooled
  • 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden™ Cilantro Stir-In Paste
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 green onions, chopped

  1. Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.
  2. Whisk yogurt, milk, butter and Gourmet Garden Cilantro Stir-In Paste in a bowl. Stir in eggs and green onions.
