  • 8 ounces dry knife-cut noodles - Substitutesany noodles of your choice, such as udon or lo mein
  • 2 teaspoons Gourmet Garden™ Garlic Stir-In Paste
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chili oil
  • 1 teaspoon gochugaru
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup water, reserved from noodle water
  • Gourmet Garden™ Cilantro Lightly Dried Herb, to garnish
  • Chopped green onion, to garnish

Key products

  1. Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Cook noodles according to the package instructions. Reserve 1/4 cup of water. Drain and set aside.  

  2. In a bowl, add the peanut butter, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil, gochugaru, and honey. Mix and add the reserved water one tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.  

  3. Add the noodles to the sauce and toss until combined and the noodles are evenly coated. Serve in individual bowls and garnish with cilantro and green onion. Enjoy!
