- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden™ Jalapeño Stir-In Paste
- 2 teaspoon Gourmet Garden™ Garlic Stir-In Paste
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 slices pepper Jack cheese
- 1 cup baby arugula leaves
- 4 hamburger rolls
- 4 slices tomato
- 1 large ripe avocado, sliced

Instructions
- Mix ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper, Jalapeno Paste and Garlic Paste in large bowl. Shape into 4 patties, using thumb to press an indentation into the center of each.
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Cook burgers 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F, adding cheese to burgers during last 1 minute of cooking.
- Place arugula leaves on bottom bun, top with burger, tomato and avocado . Serve immediately with desired condiments.
