  • 1 1/4 pounds thinly-sliced chicken breast cutlets
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomato dressing
  • 6 tablespoon French's® Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 3 tablespoon sour cream
  • 3 tablespoon fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 4 small whole wheat hoagie rolls

  1. PLACE chicken in glass dish or resealable plastic bag. Mix salad dressing and 4 tablespoons of the mustard. Pour over chicken. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes.
  2. GRILL chicken over medium-high heat about 4 to 6 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Cool slightly.
  3. MIX sour cream, remaining 2 tablespoons mustard, basil, sun-dried tomatoes and lemon zest in small bowl.
  4. SPREAD aioli mixture on rolls and top with chicken. If desired, serve with sliced tomatoes and lettuce leaves.
