- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 1/2 pounds salmon filet, skin removed and trimmed
- 1 packet Cholula® Original Taco - Medium Recipe Mix
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 medium avocados
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Cholula® Chiles & Pepitas Chili Crisp Sauce
- 1 lime, juiced
- McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder, to taste
- McCormick® Black Pepper Grinder, to taste
- Cholula® Cilantro Lime Cremosa Sauce
- To assemble: flour tortillas, shredded green cabbage, pickled onions, cilantro

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Drizzle salmon with avocado oil. Sprinkle evenly with Cholula Taco Seasoning. Brush with honey, to coat salmon completely. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven; let rest for 5 minutes. Flake salmon into big chunks with a fork.
- In a bowl, mash up avocado with lime juice, Cholula Chili Crisp, salt and pepper, to taste. Mix well.
- To assemble tacos, spread spicy avocado smash over a warm flour tortilla. Pile on the salmon, then top with crunchy cabbage, pickled onions, fresh cilantro, and a drizzle of Cilantro Lime Cremosa.
