  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Drizzle salmon with avocado oil. Sprinkle evenly with Cholula Taco Seasoning. Brush with honey, to coat salmon completely. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven; let rest for 5 minutes. Flake salmon into big chunks with a fork.
  3. In a bowl, mash up avocado with lime juice, Cholula Chili Crisp, salt and pepper, to taste. Mix well. 
  4. To assemble tacos, spread spicy avocado smash over a warm flour tortilla. Pile on the salmon, then top with crunchy cabbage, pickled onions, fresh cilantro, and a drizzle of Cilantro Lime Cremosa
