- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup skim milk
- 4 (6-inch) flour tortillas, warmed - Substitutescorn tortillas, warmed
- 1/2 cup finely chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
- 1 cup shredded lettuce

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients for Spicy Yogurt Sauce in small bowl. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in medium skillet on medium heat. Whisk eggs and milk in small bowl until well belnded. Add to skillet, stirring and scraping bottom until eggs are scrambled and set. Remove from skillet.
- Fill tortillas with eggs and top with tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce. Drizzle with Spicy Yogurt Sauce to serve.
