- 2 tablespoons McCormick® Chipotle Chili Pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime zest
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 pound (16 ounces) gummy candy, such as peach rings, gummy worms, strawberry or mango gummies
- 3 tablespoons Cholula® Sweet & Spicy Chamoy Sauce

Instructions
- Mix chili powder, salt and fresh lime zest in small bowl. Place gummy candies in medium bowl. Add Chamoy Sauce and sprinkle with half of the chili lime seasoning. Mix well to completely coat candy in Chamoy sauce mixture.
- Arrange gummy candies on drying rack and allow to dry 45 minutes.
- Mix granulated sugar and the remaining chili lime seasoning in small bowl. When the gummy candies are mostly dry, but still slightly sticky, work in small batches to coat with the chile lime sugar mixture.
- Place the Chamoy gummy candies in a candy bowl to serve or store in an airtight container up to 1 week.
