- 3/4 cup Mexican crema

- Heat oil in large skillet. Add shrimp, sauté 1 minute. Stir in Seasoning Mix and water. Cook and stir 4 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through.
- To assemble salad, layer romaine, cooked shrimp, tomato, avocado, Cotija and crushed tortilla chips in serving bowl.
