Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Japanese-style mayonnaise such as Kewpie®
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce, reduced sodium
  • 1/2 teaspoon wasabi paste, optional
  • 4 teaspoons McCormick Culinary Spicy Furikake Seasoning
  • 1 1/2 pounds salmon, cut into 4 portions

Prep

  1. Mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, and wasabi in small bowl. Hold for service.

Service

  1. Place salmon, skin side down, on parchment-lined sheet pan. Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over salmon. Sprinkle Furikake Seasoning evenly over mayonnaise mixture.
  2. Bake at 400°F, 15 to 18 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve immediately with hot cooked white rice.
