Ingredients
- Firecracker Cheese Sauce
- 12 ounces velveeta cut into small cubes
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 tablespoons Frank's RedHot Firecracker Seasoning
- Firecracker Ranch
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon Frank's RedHot Firecracker Seasoning
- Loaded Fries
- 1 pound beef, ground
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 4 tablespoons Frank's RedHot Firecracker Seasoning, plus additional, for garnish, divided
- 2 pounds fries, frozen
- 10 ounces bacon cooked, diced
- 1/4 cup chives, for garnish, minced

Instructions
Prep
- Prepare roux for the cheese sauce. In large pot or Dutch oven, melt butter over medium-high heat and whisk in the butter constantly until paste forms, 3 to 5 minutes. Slowly add in milk and whisk until roux thickens milk to a thick nappe (consistency), about 4 to 6 minutes. Ensure milk does not come to a full boil. Remove from heat once desired thickness is reached. Add seasoning and cheese; mix well until thoroughly combined. Hold warm for service.
- For the Firecracker Ranch mix ingredients in small bowl. Hold cold for service.
- Mix 2 tablespoons Firecracker Seasoning with ground beef and onion. Brown seasoned ground beef and onion in a large pan. Hold warm for service.
- Fry frozen fries per package instructions. Once cooked and drained of excess oil, toss in remaining 2 tablespoons Firecracker Seasoning. Hold warm for service.
Service
- Combine fries, beef and bacon together. Top with Firecracker cheese sauce, Firecracker ranch and garnish with chives. Serve immediately.
