  • 3 eaches wheat noodle cakes, dried
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 4 eaches soft boiled eggs, boiled 6 minutes, immediately submerged in ice water
  • 2 eaches carrots, medium-sized, finely, shredded, peeled
  • 1/3 cup macadamia nuts, crushed
  • 5 eaches basil leaves, fresh, picked, leaves only
  • 1/2 cup parsley leaves, fresh, picked, leaves only
  • 1 tablespoon Smokehouse Maple Seasoning (used for marinating chicken)
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • Dressing
  • 1/2 cup shoyu
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 each lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon & Pepper Seasoning Salt
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, fresh, finely minced
