7 Layer Fiesta Dip

Everyone will want to dig into this spicy 7 layer fiesta dip. Bring on the chips.

Serves: Makes 8 cups or 64 (2-tablespoon) servings.

  • Spread refried beans in shallow serving dish.

  • Mix sour cream and Seasoning Mix in small bowl until well blended. Spread over refried beans.

  • Top with layers of cheese, guacamole, tomatoes, onions and olives. Serve with tortilla chips.

    Excellent! Easy and delicious. To add another layer and anothe five stars, use ground beef cooked and seasoned with McCormick Taco or Burrito seasoning between the bean and cheese layers. YUM!

    I think it was a very good base recipe. I added e cans of refried beans, one of them with jalapeno. I used 2 avocados, smashed, but I would have liked a couple more. I added red onions on top to keep the avocados from turning brown and the put the tomatoes and black olives on top of that. I only gave it 3 stars because of the changes I made, which made a lot of difference for my personal taste!
