Easy Grilled Vegetables

Your veggies are sure to be show-stoppers when they're dressed up with Grill Mates® Montreal Chicken Seasoning. Quick, healthy, and delicious -- what could be better?

  • Toss vegetables with oil in large bowl. Sprinkle with Seasoning; toss to coat well.

  • Place vegetables in grill basket, grill rack or thread onto skewers.

  • Grill over medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender, turning occasionally.

    I love grilling veggies! This recipe is awesome, but I do have to admit that I have added a few of my own veggies to the mix. Japanese eggplants 2, red potatoes 4 to 6, mushrooms 8, added a second zucchini. 4-6 red potatoes cut into bite size pieces and using the microwave for 7 minutes or until potatoes are nearly tender. Granted that my veggies are not maybe the same size as to the recipe, so more seasoning and olive oil needs to be added in the prep work. Works well at family functions, everyone loves the taste!

    I love grilled veggies. I made it with eggpland, sauash and peppers all from my garden. I froze some. I will see how they hold up to freesing.
