Caribbean Jerk Marinated Chicken

Caribbean Jerk Seasoning adds just the right amount of heat and spice to this marinade for chicken. Serve with Black Bean & Rice Salad, if desired.

  • Mix Seasoning, oil, soy sauce and vinegar in small bowl. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.

  • Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.

  • Grill over medium heat with lid closed 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning occasionally.

    Great recipe. I use boneless chicken breasts and serve with rice. It's great!

    I love this spice blend. This specific recipe is GREAT on pork chops. I usually marinate them overnight. And if you really want to splurge, try this marinade on lamb chops. Fantastic!
