Caribbean Jerk Seasoning adds just the right amount of heat and spice to this marinade for chicken. Serve with Black Bean & Rice Salad, if desired.
3 tablespoons McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Caribbean Jerk Seasoning
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
2 1/2 pounds bone-in chicken parts
Mix Seasoning, oil, soy sauce and vinegar in small bowl. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
Grill over medium heat with lid closed 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning occasionally.

I love this spice blend. This specific recipe is GREAT on pork chops. I usually marinate them overnight. And if you really want to splurge, try this marinade on lamb chops. Fantastic!
