Serve up a batch of restaurant-style wings from your own kitchen! Coat in Zatarain’s® Crispy Southern Chicken Frying Mix and deep fry until golden brown. Toss in a quick mix of our Cajun Hot Sauce and melted butter for a spicy finish. Yum!
Pour oil into deep fryer, large deep skillet or Dutch oven, filling no more than 1/3 full. Heat oil to 350°F on medium heat.
Place wings in large resealable plastic bag. Add Frying Mix; seal bag and shake to coat evenly.
Fry wings in batches until cooked through, golden brown and crispy, about 8 to 10 minutes per batch, turning occasionally. Drain on paper towels.
Mix hot sauce and melted butter in large bowl. Add hot wings; toss to coat well. Serve wings with blue cheese or ranch dressing and celery sticks, if desired.
