Party guests are going to go crazy over our Cajun version of Buffalo Chicken Dip. This hot appetizer brings the flavor and heat you’d expect from New Orleans - thanks to Zatarain’s® Cajun Hot Sauce, an authentic blend of aged red peppers and real, large pieces of garlic! Mix hot sauce together with shredded chicken, Cheddar cheese, ranch dressing and cream cheese. Then bake until bubbly and watch it disappear.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce and 1/2 cup of the Cheddar cheese in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in chicken.
Spoon into glass pie plate sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Top with remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese.
Bake 20 minutes or until heated through. Drizzle with an additional 1 tablespoon of hot sauce and sprinkle with chopped green onions, if desired.
