- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces beef, thinly sliced
- 1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup drained canned sliced bamboo shoots, rinsed
- 1/4 cup Thai Kitchen® Gluten Free Peanut Satay Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Thai Kitchen® Gluten Free Premium Fish Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 HEAT oil in wok or large skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic; stir fry until golden brown. Add beef; stir fry 5 minutes or until no linger pink.
- 2 ADD zucchini, bell pepper, bamboo shoots, peanut satay sauce and fish sauce; stir fry 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
