INGREDIENTS

Servings: 10 (2-tablespoon)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Thai Kitchen® Gluten Free Premium Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon palm sugar substitution Substitutions available
    • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
  • 2 fresh Thai bird’s eye chilies, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped unsalted dry roasted peanuts, (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 MIX all ingredients except carrots and peanuts in medium bowl. Cover.
  • 2 REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour. Sprinkle with carrots and peanuts, if desired, before serving. Serve with Vegetable Spring Rolls.
