PORK
Marinate pork chops in a mixture of Stubb's Texas Mesquite Rub, fresh lime juice, and olive oil. Grill until perfectly charred and cooked through. Serve with crispy cilantro-lime slaw.

Drizzle bone-in chicken with oil. Season generously with Mesquite Rub. Smoke, grill or roast, brushing with honey during the last few minutes of cooking for a smoky-sweet glaze.

Drizzle ribeye, strip or sirloin steak with olive oil, then rub generously with Seasoning. Heat cast-iron skillet on high heat. Sear steak about 2 to 3 minutes per side. Reduce heat and add a few tablespoons of butter to skillet.
