- (8) ¼ lb. pork sausage patties
- 4 pretzel hamburger buns
- Stubb's Pork Natural Rub
- Sea salt
- 2 cup each red and green cabbage shredded
- 3 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Stubb's Original BBQ Sauce
- 2 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Preheat the grill to medium high heat, about 400 degrees.
- Add the pork patties to the grill, cooking for 4 minutes, then flip and cook another 3-4 minutes on the second side.
- Dip each burger patty in the bbq bang bang sauce to coat completely, then place on the bottom of a bun. Top with a scoop of the slaw and then place another dipped burger patty on top.
- Top the second burger patty with another scoop of slaw then place the top bun on.
- Repeat with the remaining burgers and serve immediately.
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Start by coating the pork sausage patties with a layer of the pork rub and a coating of the sea salt.
- 2 Let the patties sit at room temperature for 15 minutes while you make the sauce and the cole slaw.
- 3 Preheat the grill to medium high heat, about 400 degrees.
- 4 Add the pork patties to the grill, cooking for 4 minutes, then flip and cook another 3-4 minutes on the second side.
- 5 Dip each burger patty in the bbq bang bang sauce to coat completely, then place on the bottom of a bun. Top with a scoop of the slaw and then place another dipped burger patty on top.
- 6 Top the second burger patty with another scoop of slaw then place the top bun on.
- 7 Repeat with the remaining burgers and serve immediately.
