Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons water
- 4 tablespoons Stubb’s® Whiskey and Black Pepper Seasoning, divided
- 3 pounds bone-in pork chops, about 1-inch thick
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Bring honey, water, and 1 tablespoon of the Seasoning to boil in small saucepan. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Set aside.
- 2 Rub pork chops evenly on all sides with remaining 3 tablespoons Seasoning.
- 3 Grill over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes per side or until desired doneness (internal temperature should reach 145°F), brushing with some of the glaze during last 1 to 2 minutes cooking. Allow pork to rest 5 minutes. Brush with remaining glaze to serve.
