Stubb's Bar-B-Q Slider Cookin' Sauce Korean Beef & Rice Bowl

  • 1/2 pound beef Top Sirloin Steak, Boneless, cut 1-inch thick
  • 1 package Stubbs Bar B Q Slider Cookin Sauce
  • 2 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 3 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Toasted sesame seeds (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Combine Cooking Sauce from Stubb's Bar-B-Q Slider Cookin' Sauce kit, carrots, cucumber and rice vinegar in large bowl.  Set aside for at least 30 minutes.
  • 2 Cut steak lengthwise in half, then crosswise into 1/8-inch-thick strips.  Combine beef strips and Spice Pack from Stubb's Bar-B-Q Slider Cookin' Sauce kit in large bowl; toss to coat.  Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot.  Add half of beef;  stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes each or until outside surface is no longer pink.  Remove from skillet. Repeat with remaining beef. Return beef to skillet; stir Finishing Sauce from Stubb's Bar-B-Q Slider Cookin' Sauce kit into beef and heat on low about 5 minutes or until heated through and sauce is desired thickness.
  • 3 Place rice in bowl and top with red cabbage. Spoon beef mixture over cabbage and top with pickled vegetable mixture. Drizzle with sesame oil. Garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.
