1Prepare the grill for medium heat, direct grilling.
2Place each salmon filet on a square 12” piece of foil. Pull the foil up on all sides to create a bowl around the fish. Top each salmon filet with 1 teaspoon Chicken Spice Rub, 1 tablespoon butter, ½ tablespoon lemon juice and 2 tablespoons chardonnay. Seal the foil packet by folding the top over twice and then sealing the sides, leaving space for steam expansion.
3Grill over medium heat for 12 minutes. Carefully fold the foil back after cooking to allow the steam to escape.
